You can opt out of the EZ refill program anytime by calling our customer care 7 days prior to your next shipment.

One-Time Order:

We offer an exceptional 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee for new customers. You can use up to 1 bottle. Return all the remaining un-opened bottles with the invoice to the address listed on the invoice for a full refund less shipping and handling. We must receive your return within 60 days from the day you place your order. If more than 1 bottle is used, the refund will not apply.

Returns:

To return a product for an exchange or FULL refund minus shipping and handling, you must contact our Customer Care Department at (866) 418 8004 Monday thru Saturday, 7:00AM – 6:00PM PST or email support@glucomiracle.com. You will receive a response within 24 hours on weekdays. If we are closed, you will receive a response on the next business day following weekends and holidays.

Please Note:

We cannot process refunds for packages marked “Return to Sender.” A refund will not be issued for a returned product. You must call customer care at (866) 418 8004 or email us here to get your RMA (Return Merchant
Authorization) number prior to returning your package.

You, the customer, are responsible for returned shipping and handling costs.

Refunds will be issued to the same credit or debit card that was charged when ordering.

To ensure a refund is processed for you, please send returns to the address provided in your invoice with your name and address clearly visible on the outside of the box or envelope with the RMA number issued to you.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend the use of some type of delivery confirmation for all returned items to ensure proper delivery.
