Second, in lab tests that have been done with diabetic mice, stress has been linked to high blood sugar levels.

When managing your stress, there are a few things that you can do. First, meditate. Simply breathe in and out slowly and quiet your mind before bed and when you wake up in the morning. Second, find activities that help you relax and make time to do these things on a regular basis. If these two activities do not seem to help, the American Diabetes Association suggests becoming part of a support group where you can learn what others do to manage their blood sugar levels.
