Return Policy:
We will credit one returned unopened product per customer if the received package is post marked within 30 days of the original order date and included with a RMA number obtained from customer service. No returns are credited after 30 days of the original order date. Merchandise must be returned at customer's expense accompanied by an RMA. To request a refund you must obtain an RMA (Return Authorization). Requests must be made by email or by phone and submitted with your order information. If you return your product without a RMA number you will not be refunded. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Did Not Receive / Lost Package:
All products are expected to be received within 3-5 business days after it ships.
